In the future, the guest experience will be strong in loving-kindness, compassion, and heart-warming care, and it will be created by working with energy and by developing spiritual capacity.

Introduction

  • Part 2 provides an overview of the main goals, benefits, and characteristics of Heart-Based Hospitality, and you will start to learn about how to create it. You will also learn about why the concept makes guests and hotel staff feel happier when they provide it. At the same time, you will begin to see the difference between Heart-Based Hospitality and SOP-Customer Satisfaction, which is the concept used throughout the world to create the guest experience.
  • You can only truly understand Heart-Based Hospitality through the heart, and Part 2 will begin the process of opening your heart more and more so that you can understand and experience the concept. This process will continue throughout the course.
  • Take your time with each section. As you allow your heart to open, you will feel yourself change and you will feel a desire to show loving-kindness, compassion, and heart-warming care to others grow. It is a beautiful experience and journey, which I hope that you will enjoy!
